**The team at Ortus Recruitment are looking for an experienced educator to prepare children for their future by supporting in their emotional, social and academic development. The schools we work with are Ofsted rated '**_**Good**_**' or '**_**Outstanding**_**', provide training and CPD courses to ensure career progression and offer consistent support and motivation. We are currently recruiting for a Year 1 Learning Support Assistant to join the team in a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Brent.**

**Role**:Year 1 Learning Support Assistant

**Job Type**:Full-time, Long-term, Term-Time

**Location**:Dollis Hill, Brent

**Start Date**:Immediate

**Learning Support Assistant Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Education or related qualification**:

- **Experience working with SEN**:

- **Experience working in classroom setting**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment**:

- **Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices**
