**Job description**

Alegree is looking to immediately engage a warehouse operative in order to take over all responsibilities in relation to order fulfillment. As of right now, this is a single person role. This is the ideal role for someone whom exceeds in individual work. The work will be overseen by the owner of the company, but will be mostly unattended after training.

The responsibilities will include
- Printing out invoices
- Picking the correct items
- Packaging the items
- Purchasing and attaching the correct postage labels
- Pursuing and rectifying discrepancies for goods in
- Rectifying discrepancies for goods out

In addition to this
- Decanting and preparing for storage of supplier shipments
- Tracking of stock levels
- Ordering new stock as and when required
- Customer support (when support in relation to order fulfillment is required)
- Preparing products and packaging
- Preparing and submitting claims for courier damage and losses

This is a position with hours typically from 9:30am-5:00pm daily. This includes a 1 hour unpaid break for lunch. Hours will vary slightly due to customer demand, but will rarely fluctuate more than about 10% per week.
