Now, we're looking for a Data Processor to join our team. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

**Summary**:
The Data Processor will provide support to create and maintain product and vendor master data.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Responsible for setting up all new Product & Vendors on the system.

Gatekeeper of all Product & Vendor Level data.

Maintenance of all key Product & Vendor level data fields including but not exclusive to Product Status, Alternatives and Pricing.

Integral in sunset/ sunrise process ensuring no impact to customer when changing code.

Coordinate and issue Merchandising business communications as and when required.

Manage and coordinate the return of Vendor agreements/ Insurance certificates.

Co-ordinate and support on team projects, mainly around data collection exercises.

Liase and support Category & Trading Managers on implementation of category strategies including marketing & promotional plans.

Ongoing maintenance of all Vendor contact information.

Daily checks of reports to check key data fields and data accuracy.

Supporting Category & Trading managers with any invoice queries.

Management of general business queries & other ad hoc administrative duties.

**Requirements**:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to intermediate-advanced level is a minimum requirement

Strong numerical and analytical skills are required with good attention to detail

Experience of AX advantageous

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Good negotiation skills essential

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible, innovative and creative in their attitudes to all issues and areas of the business

The ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
