Prodrive Recruitment are looking for additional staff members to join a team of Finishers for their client in Pershore, Worcs. This company offers a very flexible approach to working hours and are happy to work around school hours etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform finishing tasks on products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Use various hand tools and equipment to finish products.
- Conduct inspections to ensure finished products meet quality requirements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred though not essential as training will be given.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

**Salary**: From £11.34 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
