- **Reporting to: Housing Manager**
- **Remuneration: £16.00 per hour**

I’m recruiting on behalf of my client for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer in the field of housing management within a charitable organisation? This is a dynamic role that spans both Support Services and Housing, where you will play a pivotal role in managing high-risk anti-social behavior cases, litigation matters, and implementing effective strategies to foster positive relationships within communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Legal Initiatives:

- Initiate legal proceedings by serving notices and obtaining relevant authorizations where justified.
- Lead civil claims in county court related to anti-social behavior and other housing-related issues.
- Collaborate with solicitors when necessary, meticulously preparing cases with a keen eye for detail.
- Court Proceedings:

- Prepare court papers and actively participate in Possession claims and other Anti-Social Behaviour cases.
- Work closely with solicitors, police, and partner agencies to ensure successful case management.
- Specialist Case Management:

- Manage cases requiring a specialized housing management approach.
- Lead possession and eviction cases related to ASB, Safeguarding, and other tenancy-related matters.
- Community Engagement and Tenancy Sustainment:

- Collaborate with internal teams, emphasizing community engagement, evidence gathering, and enhancing tenancy sustainment.
- Design strategies to eliminate Anti-Social Behaviour throughout our housing stock.
- Data Management and Reporting:

- Ensure effective recording of cases and sensitive information in accordance with policy and data protection legislation.
- Collaborate with internal teams on positive news stories, communications, and funding opportunities.
