**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Conduct training sessions in-person or virtually, ensuring all participants have a clear understanding of the content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
- Level 3 qualification in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training
- Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention Training in the Private Security Industry
- License to deliver physical intervention training
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Training
- ACT Awareness and ACT E-Learning Certificates
- Right to work documents
- Communication skills

- Punctual and reliable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in using technology for virtual training delivery
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £130.00-£170.00 per day
Expected hours: 40 per week
