Employment Coach

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group are currently recruiting for an Employment Coach on a fixed term basis to 29th February 2024.

This exciting job opportunity has arisen as part of a project headed up by The Big Life Group.

This role is one of six positions spread across three organisations, Southway Housing Trust, One Manchester and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.

As an Employment Coach you will manage a case load of people who have experienced long term health problems and help them to gain good quality employment. You will develop innovative approaches to help individuals to be motivated and empowered to make life changing decisions.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in the community, delivering group and 1:1 support session’s and with particular experience of providing employment support. You will work closely with volunteers and have responsibility for the development, delivery and evaluation of sessions.
