Tractor Driver

Full Time Tractor Driver / General Farm Worker required for 350 cow dairy herd. You will be responsible for feeding the dairy herd and followers, managing silage clamps, bedding up, cleaning out sheds, and ensuring machinery is kept clean and greased. You will also be required to provide relief labour to assist with the dairy herd from time to time, particularly to cover holidays and time off.

You must be able to maintain high standards, follow instructions but also be able to think for yourself on day to day topics. You will be working as part of a large team, so you must be a good team player.

The herd supplies milk on a premium contract and must therefore meet the highest welfare and management standards in the country.

A salary equivalent to £10.50-£11.00 per hour is available depending on experience. A good 3 bedroom cottage is available on site.
