Do you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics or across multiple Finance systems?
Reed Accountancy in Oxford are pleased to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Oxford to help source a Systems Accountant to join their close-knit finance function on an initial 3-9 month period, with the potential for extension.
This very flexible and hybrid role opportunity offers a offers a pro rata salary of up to £49,000 per annum (based on experience) alongside a host of comprehensive benefits.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Microsoft Dynamics GP Module Implementation:

- Lead the implementation of a new invoice authorisation module in Microsoft GP, ensuring successful adoption across the organisation.
- Work closely with the Finance team and the software provider to understand requirements and prioritise tasks.
- Develop and manage project timelines and resources.
- Oversee the implementation of the new module, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organise training and support to users on the new module.
- Ensure the new module integrates seamlessly with existing Microsoft Dynamics GP system and processes.
- Provide regular status updates, addressing any issues and risks.

HR and Payroll Software Implementation:

- Lead the implementation of a new HR and Payroll software system, ensuring successful adoption across the relevant departments and completion of the project on time and according to the agreed timetable.
- Work closely with the software provider, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other relevant departments to understand requirements and prioritise tasks.
- Develop and manage project timelines and resources.
- Oversee data migration from the current system to the new one, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organise training and support to users on the new HR and Payroll software.
- Ensure the new system meets compliance requirements and integrates with other relevant systems.
- Provide regular status updates with stakeholders, addressing any issues and risks
