**About the Business**

Join a thriving service business with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence. They are looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team and play a key role in their continued success.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner and supporting multiple national sites and their senior management teams. This role enjoys strong relationships and daily interactions with senior management levels within the operations team and is vital in providing information, analysis and insight to increase financial performance.

**Working Pattern**

This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working from home.

**Main Duties**

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for:

- Orchestrating the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the annual business cycle.
- Crafting comprehensive management accounts, including R&O and project opex/capex cost tracking.
- Taking ownership of controllable costs, meticulously analysing and explaining the drivers of key areas to senior management.
- Collaborating closely with the senior management to optimise the performance of outsourced operations.
- Providing first-class business partnering support to all levels within the business offering guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Developing new business initiatives, evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Preparing detailed reports for key strategic initiatives, ensuring clear and concise presentation to the Board.
- Analysing weekly KPIs, providing insightful recommendations to address areas of underperformance.
- Representing the finance department with excellence, actively participating and contributing at all relevant stakeholder meetings and events.
- Overseeing the performance and development of the Finance Analyst, providing effective leadership and guidance to ensure their success.

**What We Are Looking For**
- CIMA or ACCA qualification preferred, but ACA welcome
- Fast-paced sector experience
- Strong core finance skills in management accounts, budgeting, and balance sheet analysis
- Ability to provide strong financial insights and analysis
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
