Responsibilities Include:
Successful and efficient management of the Sales ledger and credit control function
Raising and sending of sales ledger invoices
Weekly analysis and reporting of sales ledger
Prepare and circulate debtors analysis on a weekly basis
Following up resolution of disputed invoices and remittance queries
Invoice processing on Xero and in house bespoke invoicing module
Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts with variance analysis on excel
Management of client’s pocket money accounts
Ad hoc analysis of quotes in relation to utilities, waste management etc.
Assisting with in house Payroll management system
Experience with Accounting Software Xero is essential
Good English writing and communication skills
Hand-on experience with MS Excel
Book keeping / Accounting Qualification is essential
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Good organisation and numeracy skills
Preferred experience of having working or currently working in the care sector and experience of liaising with the local authorities and local health economies
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
