- 27 days annual leave (rising to 29 and then 33), plus bank holidays

We have a passion for delivering high standards of care to patients who are recovering from illness, in need of rehabilitation, or extra support to get them home. We are one of the largest community NHS trusts in the UK, and we are rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC.

To deliver excellent local services and improve the health of our communities we need outstanding people who share our values (CARE):

- Compassionate
- Aspirational
- Responsive
- Excellent

KCHFT has signed up to be a real UK living wage employer. This means from 1 April 2021, the minimum salary we will pay is £9.90 per hour (excluding apprentices).

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by more than 7,000 UK businesses that believe their staff deserve a wage which meets every day needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.
