Due to continued success, Renew SW Ltd are looking for an Administrator/Sales Consultant to be part of our busy and friendly team.

You would be based in our Holsworthy office which incorporates our trade counter, stores and showroom area displaying bi-folding doors, windows, roof lights and composite entrance doors.

Applicants must have a full clean UK driving license and be able to work as an individual and part of a team.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages and having excellent communication skills with clients and customers.
- Demonstrating products to showroom customers.
- Providing general administration support, including the preparation of quotations and contracts and order processing, attention to detail is necessary.
- Assisting in the offloading of goods and products and quality checking as they arrive including checking for damage or missing items. Please note this role requires some heavy lifting.
- Organisation and storage of paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Maintain filing and other office systems.
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments via online diary system.
- Dealing with Trade Sales - roofline and trade products.
- Liaising with other departments regarding various customers and their journeys, including status updates.
- Order processing products for customer orders.
- Site deliveries for customers and fitters.
- Attend trade shows.

- IT and Microsoft office 365 literate.

- Experience in home improvements/windows and doors industry.
- Administrative/office-based experience.
- Physical and able to lift and carry heavy items.
- Professional and approachable attitude.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve targets.
- Problem solving.
- High work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Openminded and flexible approach to working.

Pay: From £20,000.00 per year
