Westwood Recruitment are looking for an experienced MIG & TIG to join our dynamic Client at our thriving manufacturing facility in Lytham St Annes. My client are a leading company in the industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking skilled welders to contribute to our success.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on a variety of metals.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures.
- Inspect welded surfaces for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Welder.
- Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Commitment to workplace safety practices.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
