**Job Description**:
**The Ambition**

As Luxury & Premium Brands Recruitment Partner, you will own all recruitment activities across our Luxury & Premium retail estate. This means you will be the face of our flagship, luxury fascia, including Frasers, Flannels, 18Montrose and Cruise, alongside our premium estate including Jack Wills and House of Fraser. Our brands stand at the forefront of our exciting elevation strategy, creating shopping experiences that inspire, delivering commercial success and truly shaping the future of both physical and digital retail.

**This role can be based from either London or Shirebrook locations.**

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills**

You'll be process and detail orientated, with great people skills. Able to communicate with all levels and backgrounds will be key and you'll have a big engine Recruitment experience would be great, but this role could equally suit someone from a retail leadership background who has experience of hiring in to this space.
