**The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Staffordshire area. We are looking for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join the team.**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7pm to 3:30am

**Pay Rate**: £11.50 per hour PAYE

**Location**: Staffordshire, WS11

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
- Please note that there will be an induction/assessment held for this position with a pass or fail element._

**The role**:

- Operate a forklift counterbalance to safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport parcels and packages.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including but not limited to sorting, labelling, and stacking parcels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months of forklift counterbalance driving experience.
- Valid forklift counterbalance license/certification (RTITB accredited or equivalent).
- Strong attention to safety protocols and practices.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work the specified shift.
