**Your opportunity**:
We are looking to appoint a reliable and efficient Premises Assistant to deliver a high-quality service with a friendly manner and take pride in our school by always ensuring that it looks its best. To care for our buildings and grounds, carrying out minor repairs as well as managing site health & safety compliance checks. The post holder will be expected to liaise effectively with contractors and be willing to attend appropriate training courses. As a key holder, the role will also include security of the school premises including all buildings and contents.
- Have experience in DIY / practical skills
- Be able to keep thorough health & safety records
- Be enthusiastic and committed to work well as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently
- Have good organisation skills
- Be friendly with good communication skills

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The School has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.

**Pay Scale**: GLF Associate 3

**Actual Salary**: £22,982 to £26,296 (dependent on experience)

**Working Pattern**: 36 hours per week - Monday to Friday on a shift pattern between the hours of 7am and 9.30pm
