- Service Desk Team Leader (Technical) - Citrix, Microsoft - Warrington
- Service Desk Team Leader / 2nd Line Team Leader - (Technical) Citrix, Microsoft, ITIL - Warrington, North West
- The business we are working with are looking to hire a 2nd Line Team leader for their Service Desk in Warrington. You will need to be from a tech background as they will be a "technical team lead" so you may need to roll your sleeves up from time to time and do some tech work.
- Background wise, you will have been in a Service Desk Lead role, managing a service desk team, ideally in MSP environment but background can be flexible.**Day to day you will**:

- Creating accurate and robust MI to lead and progress the team's performance - report MI to the Service Desk Manager
- Conduct 1-2-1 performance management reviews, encouraging personal development plans and performance.
- Get involved with incident resolution and escalations (co-ordinating response groups, ensuring tickets are raised, managing communications to the business and clients)
- Carry out call listening and quality audits with the relevant coaching and feedback
- Take ownership and be accountable to ensure our Client Service Promises are consistently achieved

**Essentials**
- Proven record in people management
- Excellent relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Logical analysis and troubleshooting skills

**Tech skills and experience**:

- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
- Windows 8.1 and later
- Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later
- Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 and later (administration, user support)

Salary on offer 40-45k + overtime and benefits
- You will be in the office 4 days a week to run the team and will need your own reliable transport to the office in Daresbury Park - onsite parking is available

- 9 - 5.30
- 9.30 - 6
- 10:45 - 7.15
