**Administration Assistant**

**Full or Part time position, flexible.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Execute general office duties such as maintaining filing systems, scanning, copying, and printing.
- Data input to accounting software.
- Assisting Commercial Department with administration tasks such as printing of drawings, maintaining various registers, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding requested and submitted quotations.
- Typing of letters etc

**Your Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics**:

- Excellent time management and communication skills required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software preferred but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude is essential. You should take pride in the work you do, and always be looking to improve yourself and grow with the team and the Company.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- Salary depending on experience
