Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
**Job Description**:
This newly created role will work across a new client, a portfolio of iconic beauty and personal brands. The role will sit in the digital hub, with remit over paid social planning and activation, across four global regions. The aim of the digital hub is to collaborate closely with local strategy and planning teams to deliver superior, seamless experiences - whatever the path to purchase.
The Ad Ops Exec will work with the Ad Ops Manager to ensure efficient campaign setup and deployment within ad-severs across a variety of clients.
You will be reporting to the Ad Tech Director in the Zenith Global Data & Technology team, a rapidly growing and successful team based in London. The data & technology for this account will be comprised of 3 specialists based in London.
- Create and traffic ad campaigns using a variety of Adservers
- Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative
- Interact with internal account managers on various ops projects
- Being proactive in developing own knowledge on industry standards and new technology
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with the operations team
- Resolve and troubleshoot any technical issues
