Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a Building Services Company in their search for a **Multi** **Trader** to work in a mobile role based from the Wrexham area

**For the successful **Multi** **Trader** **our client is offering**:

- £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- £13 - £16 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Company van, fuel card
- 20 days holiday + statutory
- Staff events
- Pension
- Permanent Role

**The role - **Multi** **Trader**
- Mobile role covering client sites around Wrexham
- Mainly working in local authority an council sites
- Building services maintenance including carpentry, joinery, plumbing and painting & decorating works
- Completing PPMs and reactive calls
- Installation of new doors, fencing, kitchens, door handles etc
- Kitchen & bathroom fitting
- Site housekeeping work

**What we are looking for in a**
**Multi Trader**
- Previous experience in a building services/ facilities management maintenance role
- NVQ/ C&G in Construction/Engineering trade or equivalent **ESSENTIAL**
- Experienced with building services work (Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & decorating etc.)
- Previous experience of house renovations/ Kitchen fitting **BENEFICIAL**
- IPAF/PASMA tickets - **BENEFICIAL**
- Experience of front-line customer service will be preferential
- A full Driving Licence **ESSENTIAL**
