Due to our continued growth, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning education recruitment agency as a **Senior Recruitment Consultant**. Your salary will range from £25,000 to £40,000, depending on your experience, with significant potential for progression and high earnings.

You will be an integral part of a multi time award winning **‘Recruitment Company of the Year’** as announced by APSCo and ‘leading recruitment agencies’ as announced by the Financial Times boasting over 200 years recruitment experience. We are an independent agency and one of only eight national agencies included in the government education CCS Lot 1 **& 2** framework, CPS framework, and the PSL for multiple MATs. **WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
Your success in this role will require your resilience and communication skills. Building genuine relationships is key to your success. You should be determined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement, splitting your time between the office and remote work.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build relationships with schools using various business development tools.
- Meet set KPIs and targets on a weekly basis with support from your team.
- Recruit staff using various techniques, including writing job adverts, online sourcing, creating a strong online presence, and headhunting.
- Act proactively and promptly to meet your clients' vacancy requirements.
- Supporting your colleagues and sharing your skills, knowledge and experience

- Previous 360 recruitment experience, especially with temporary positions.

- A stable work history with the ability to explain reasons for leaving previous positions.

**WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?**

During term time: 7 am - 5 pm (with a 4 pm finish on Fridays).

After probation, hours will be 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

During school holidays: 9 am - 3:30 pm.
