The Senior Sous chef is charged with helping to run all aspects of the kitchen & management of a team of 8, responsibilities will include team meetings, menu planning, deliver all aspects of HACCAP & operate up-to-date health & safety legislation practices.The role would suit a Sous chef or a Senior sous looking to get into their first head chef position, the style of food is French classical, suited to a chef with these particular skills.
