Catering Supervisor - Contract Catering - Cobham

Contract type: Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000

Hours: mainly Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, some evenings and weekends, 8 hour shifts

Start: ASAP

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Special Requirements: must drive or live close by due to public transport limitations.

Catering Supervisor needed for a prestigious contract catering unit in Cobham. You will be working with extremely prestigious clientele in this busy unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Create positive interactions with all our players, clients and team members.
- Deal with requests in an efficient manner, communicating with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service.
- Serve food, beverages & accompaniments in line with service standards.
- Clearing tables and/or service points in a team environment.
- Provide knowledge of the food and beverage offer.

- High level of attention to detail.
- Display a 'can do 'positive attitude with the client, nutritionist, players, coaches and colleagues.
