Head Brewer

We are currently looking for a head brewer to help Farnham Brewing Co establish itself as a leading local micro brewery in the area.

Based in Frensham, Farnham Surrey. We have a 3bbl kit with 6 FV- (3 open top/ 3 bright)all set up in wonderful setting. There is also a beautiful rural taproom which operates mainly weekends and in the summer months.
- Salary £27,000
- 20 days holiday +bank holidays
- 40 hours per week/ 5 days per week ( flexible days)

Your day to day responsibilities would include
- Planning brew schedules and liaising with suppliers and directors
- Receive and storage of malt and hops
- Experience in maintenance of brewery equipment
- Managing the brewery process from wort production start to kegging/casking
- CIP of tanks, cleaning and all health and safety and hygiene regulations within the brewery insuring compliance with statutory obligations and best practice including SALSA

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
