Sales Negotiator

**SALES NEGOTIATOR**

Working for the area’s leading independent estate agent and provided with full training. Although experience within estate agency is not essential, it would obviously be a bonus if you do possess any relevant sales or industry skills and are familiar with the local area.

The role is varied, challenging and rewarding in equal measures and could lead to a more developed position but initially will include such tasks as booking and attending viewings, negotiating sales and speaking with clients. We also require assistance in administrative tasks such as creating property brochures, sending sales memos to solicitors and organising canvassing etc. The role will also have the benefit of commission and include an incentive package with mortgage and solicitor referrals too.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
