iSupply Recruitment have partnered with a successful business who are part of a global brand.

We are looking for a motivated **IT Infrastructure Engineer**to implement IT Infrastructure strategy, network, servers, storage, backup, and cloud services.

Working with the IT Infrastructure Team and well as external IT vendors to handle incident escalation.

We are happy to consider Junior Infrastructure Engineer who has good 2nd line support experience looking to progress OR someone with some Infrastructure experience already.

Based onsite in Leighton Buzzard 5 days a week.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Proactive monitoring, maintenance, and expansion of IT Infrastructure.
- Ensure relevant procedures are accurately documented and meet best practice.
- Maintain and test IT disaster recovery.
- Provide support to the IT Infrastructure Team and IT Service Desk Team.
- Plan and implement security best practices in line with company procedures.
- Act as an escalation point for Service Desk incident management.
- Complete relevant training.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience with Microsoft Desktop, Services and Toolsets.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
- Endpoint security including Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Defender, and Falcon
- Crowdstrike.
- Telecommunications including 8x8.
- Experience using Mist AP’s
- Experience Microsoft Teams &SharePoint
- Network management and security including Aruba Central.
- Firewall management and security including Watchguard
- ITIL Service Desk including ServiceNow.
- Full UK driving license.

**About you**:

- Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise workload.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Must appreciate the need for retaining confidentiality where appropriate.
- Works consistently to defined processes and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
