Showroom Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the world leading architectural lighting design companies, who are based in the heart of Kings Road, Fulham.

In the role of Showroom Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, welcoming visitors, overseeing the showrooms general maintenance and face lifts as well as demonstrating products to customers.

Experience within this area is not essential, a warm friendly personality is key, someone who is able to provide clients with an outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management and ownership of the day-to-day running of the Showroom and Studio office space.
- Working with Marketing to generate marketing campaigns (displays and promotions) to improve footfall and visibility of showroom.
- To organise and facilitate Showroom seminars, CPDs, events and presentations.
- Provide inspirational lighting demonstrations and offer simple technical and design advice to visitors.
- Follow up of all client visits and build rapport from enquiry through to purchase.
- Develop long-term sustainable customer relationships in line with the company business strategy.
- Promote our various services (e.g. design, controls) and make referrals to relevant teams with the UK and International teams.
- Collect customer information following visits to the showroom and input to CRM system, measuring success by the conversion of visitors to clients.
- Showroom maintenance and management - general upkeep, organising the installation of new products in line with launches, managing showroom service contracts (AC, water filters etc) and stationary.

**Package and details**
- **Salary -** £26,000 + 10% discretionary annual bonus
- **Hours -** Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Attendance of 2-3 monthly events which run up until 6.30pm - 7.00pm (usually occurring on a Tuesday)
