**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Research Support Officer (Post-Award Finance) to join the Research Office to help manage a growing and diverse portfolio of research projects, from project set-up through to final reporting and project closure.

You will work closely with academic colleagues and with professional support service colleagues including the Finance and Human Resources departments.

**About You**

AsResearch Support Officer (Post-Award Finance), you will:

- Have experience of preparing funding claims and financial reports to funders.
- Display excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Have experience maintaining accurate financial records and/or overseeing project administration.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with mínimal day-to-day supervision.
- Have administrative experience in a busy customer focused environment in a research support or financial role, with a good knowledge of research funders.
