Fabric Craftsperson

- **Equans is looking for a Fabric Craftsperson to join our team in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham B15 2GW on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.**

**4 on 4 off shift, with the 4 on made up of two days 0700-1900 and two nights 1900-0700**

**What will you deliver?**:
This role has an important role within the workflow process; the person will be actively involved in developing detailed knowledge, and the maintenance assistance of the building fabric and equipment on the Mental Health Estate

**Who are we looking for?**:

- General knowledge of maintenance works
- Preferable knowledge or experience working in an NHS environment
- Knowledge of carpentry and fabric trades
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Use of IT systems and modern technology
