Intune Engineer

**Intune engineer - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Remote - £500pd**

Illuminet are currently looking for a Intune engineer to under the direction of the EUC Manager to develop and support all Group end user computing activities and facilities, ensuring the optimised provisioning of hardware to support productivity withinavailable parameters of time and budget and meeting required service level agreements from a support and maintenance perspective

- Delivery of development, support and maintenance activities determined via the CX:CaP Pillar's development and operational activities
- Ensuring compliance with the Aldermore Bank architectural frameworks and leads the population of these frameworks with coherent and consistent architectural views
- Ensuring customer satisfaction of all IT services provided whilst managing associated risks

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrable experience and/or understanding of EUC activities in corporate environment
- Deep understanding of InTune technology and associated processes, constraints and risks
- Experience of service management and support activities, including incident and problem management
- Experience working successfully in a complex matrix organisation
- SCCM skills/experience
- Microsoft Defender for EndPoint skills/experience

**Desirable**
- Experience of device white-glove/auto-provisioning
- Experience of working within a regulated environment
- Agile/DevOps skills and experience
