We are recruiting for a **Customer Service Advisor** due to continued business growth.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Follow departmental procedures when dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring set quality standards are adhered to.
- Adhere to data protection and compliance requirements
- Work towards quality and service targets.
- Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department as and when required.
- Work as part of a team.
- Always maintain a high level of customer service.
- Adhere to data protection and compliance requirements.

**Person specification**
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and in a calm and professional manner.
- Strong written English.
- Problem solving skills: able to identify the exact details of a problem through a rational process and be able to take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Preferably have proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in an inbound call centre environment.
- Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship is desirable, but not essential.
