Central Manchester (City Centre).
- Greet all spa clients and guests that have treatments, or using the spa facilities.
- Welcome guests as they come through to the lobby.
- Arrive all spa guests and seat them accordingly.
- Liaise with the Spa Reception team to follow up spa guest bookings.
- Conducted continuous walk around checks to replenish the relaxation water and fruit / health snack stations.
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Informing receptionists / beauty therapists of spa appointments and requirements.
- Becoming familiar with spa appointment schedules, lunch, or afternoon tea reservations.
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.
- Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services (Spa Products; Elemis, Temple Spa Etc).
- Check on guests in the relaxation, leisure club, poolside, treatment rooms, and other main areas of the spa.
- Be pro-active and around at all times within the spa lobby and reception areas ready to greet clients.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- **Working in a 4* or 5* environment.
- Working in a busy hotel spa, or leisure club environment.
- Experience of working in Guest Relations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Consistent professional presentation and pleasant approach to clients and guests.
- Experience of working with customers and guests / clients.

**Desirable**:

- Retail knowledge of products such as Elemis and Temple Spa.
- Beauty Therapist experience and trained.
- Spa qualifications (Beauty Therapy Level 3).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
