**Commercial Parts Advisor**
**required in the North Cornwall -area.**
- Prestige Main Dealer
- Up to £28,000 basic salary
- OTE £30,000+
- 45 hours a week Monday to Friday, 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings
- Opportunity to join an established group with training and progression

We are currently working on behalf of a prestige commercial main dealer who have sites all over the southwest of England.

This client is currently seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team based in the North Cornwall area. They are a company that believe that investing in their staff and as such they provide their Parts Advisor with regular training and development opportunities to enable the, to reach their full potential. **The successful Commercial Parts Advisor will be**:

- Responding to customer queries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
- Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
- Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied.
- Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions.
- Ensuring that you accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information
- Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports.
- Vehicle parts look up and pre-pick customer orders.
