**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:**
- Required to act as a liaison between the call centre operators in the procurement process either through verbal communication or IT lines of communication i.e. the call management system (SAP)
- Preparation of quotations for submission to customer
- Liaising with customer on quotation progress
- Updating of both internal & customers system through quotation progress
- Maintaining Quotation spreadsheet with asset information / win / loss progress
- To regularly update job status on computer system
- To efficiently deal with customer and contractor queries
- To update the computer system with additional information as advised by engineers / customers
- To maintain an effective filing system
- Expected to work as a part of a team with the goal of procuring and delivering the right component to the right person for the right price as quickly and efficiently as possible
**Experience and Key Skills**
- Good organisational skills
- Good understanding of SAP knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of data inputting
- Ability to work under pressure
**Salary**: £23k per annum
**Working Hours: **Monday to Friday (2 shift patterns) 07.30-16.30 or 08.30-17.30
**Overtime: **Typically 1 Saturday in 4 paid as overtime
**Bank holidays **on a rota basis (double time) and day in lieu
