**Role: Patient Navigator**
**Location: The Wilmslow Hospital, Cheshire, Wilmslow, SK9 1NY.**
**Full Time: 37.5 hours per week**

**Job Profile**:
This particular role is directly responsible for front of house meet and greet services, bookings and billings, escorting our private and VIP patients to meet our GPs. Co-ordinating and facilitating their initial GP engagement through to any specialist ongoing care needs. This role is full of variety, it expands allowing you to lead the patient navigation services through promotion of the multiple choices for patients available within the HCA group.
**Summary of what you'll do**:
- Welcome all patients, visitors and employees into the Front of House area, providing information and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Booking appointments correctly and accurately for all type of appointments requested face to face or for follow up call appointments.
- Complete patient registration and update of patient details on the relevant medical databases
- Being super pro-active you will follow up directly with the patient, lead their patient journey and experience, from start to finish, constantly delivering high quality customer care.
- Recommending choices of our specialist consultant referrals and ongoing diagnostic services to inform the patient accurately of their options available to them.
- Processing registration all payments, issuing invoice as necessary and any transaction processed accurately.
- Providing support to the bookings team by taking calls and booking GP appointments by phone when requested
- Working collaboratively with the GPs, Technicians, Patient Navigator & Resource Management
- Behave using professional discretion, and abiding by our confidentiality policy when meeting and escorting VIP patients/public known patients.
**What you'll bring**:
