We are recruiting a vibrant and enthusiastic **HR Generalist **to support the HR Manager The role is a full-time position working 48 hours per week. Mainly Monday to Friday 9.00 am -7.00 pm /or 8.00 am - 6 pm. This is an office based as well as restaurant-based role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees on Harri.
- Support the HR Manager for all internal and external HR-related projects and day to day tasks.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform onboardings and update records as part of the onboarding process.
- Advise line managers and employees on employment law and policies and procedures.
- Advise on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Lead on a wide variety of people related projects including employee engagement and talent attraction.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

**What are we looking for in our new HR**:

- A bubbly, warm and outgoing personality
- Experience and knowledge of London's restaurant, hotel, members club and social scene
- Highest levels of integrity and discretion
- Great attention to detail
- A keen interest to learn about people policies and procedures.
- Strong proven experience as a HR Generalist in a similar HR position
- CIPD 5 (or similar background) Ideally studying towards it.
- Exposure to labour law and employment regulations.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in hospitality in a must
