Our client is a supportive, family-run baking business in Banbridge looking to expand their operations. Offering a wide selection of fresh bread, delicious sandwiches and sumptuous sweet treats, they pride themselves on their quality products that customers thoroughly enjoy, leaving people with the taste for more.

The business is seeking Bakery Operatives to join their growing team and assist with the day-to-day operations of the company.

**About the Bakery Operative role**:
The successful applicants will work alongside our client’s current bakers and provide support in baking the range of goods the business has to offer.

In this exciting, thriving industry, no two days are ever the same. The following responsibilities is therefore not an exhaustive list:

- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Promote good health and safety practices
- Perform manual handling, bending, and reaching tasks
- Possess basic numeracy skills
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn, ambition, energy, and enthusiasm
- Operate various types of machinery
- Learn elements of the baking trade

Upon being offered the job, full training will be provided to enable you to flourish and showcase your talents.
- Working hours:_

You will have the opportunity to work flexible hours from Monday to Friday (having weekends off), allowing you to balance your work with your personal life.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to adapt to new recipes and baking methods as needed
