As a Marketing Content Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our Marketing and Communications team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager - Demand Generation. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and motivated individual who will take charge of our content creation efforts, captivating our target audiences and stakeholders. We are currently recruiting for two positions within our team, aiming to embrace a diverse range of skills and expertise in our central Marketing and Communications team. Consequently, the desired skills and experiences for these roles encompass a broader scope than a typical single position, reflecting our commitment to fostering a collaborative creative environment.

**Primary responsibilities**

1. Content Strategy and Planning

a. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand, target audience, and business goals.

b. Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify content opportunities and differentiate our brand in the market.

c. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across various digital channels.

2. Content Creation and Optimization

b. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research, incorporating relevant keywords, and following SEO best practices.

c. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to develop visually appealing and impactful multimedia content.

3. Social Media Management

a. Manage our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and monitoring of engagement metrics.

b. Develop creative and shareable social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive user engagement, and expand our social media following.

4. Content Distribution and Promotion

b. Leverage analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

5. Brand Consistency and Tone of Voice

a. Ensure brand consistency across all digital content by adhering to our brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent tone of voice that resonates with our target audience.

b. Collaborate to evolve our brand messaging and positioning as our value proposition evolves to meet an ever-changing landscape.

6. Collaboration and Communication

a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across, to gather information and insights for content creation in addition to leading an editorial working group.

b. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on content initiatives, seeking feedback, and incorporating input into content development.

**Required skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience of at least two years as a Digital Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, content marketing trends, and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management, including platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative content ideas.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Graphic design skills and experience with graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience of video editing, animation, or production.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and storytelling techniques.
