In order to continue our impressive growth, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager (PM) to join the Project Management Team managing a wide range of projects across the UK. The Junior PM will take full responsibility for various self-contained projectsas well as assisting the Senior Project Managers as appropriate. Using Matrix management the Junior PM will assist and report to more than one Senior PM at any time and will, therefore, need the organisational and communications skills to balance their workloadacross a portfolio of projects.
The role entails the day-to-day management and delivery of customer projects, playing the lead role for project governance, planning, execution, monitoring and control of projects, using defined processes and controls, to ensure they are managed and deliveredwithin time, budget and to the highest possible quality. The ability to learn quickly, work flexibly and manage several projects and customers at the same time across different geographic locations, is a must.

They are looking for a resilient, proactive individual who will lead from the front, bring fresh ideas, question and challenge for the good of the overall business.

This is a fast-paced technical environment and will require working on projects simultaneously. Ideally your experience will include a good mix of:

- Key project processes and documentation competency
- Working in an Agile environment
- Fundamental Project Management Skills
- Project Life Cycle Management Experience
- Managed implementation of complex Software Development
- Contractual and SLA awareness
- Experience of Network Infrastructures
- Experience of Data Migration Projects
- Previous project experience of engaging and managing at all levels
- Face to face customer engagement experience at all levels
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Gitlab)

The role requires working at the Head Office near Bournemouth 2/3 days per week. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
