Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing We want to hire and retain exceptional employees who can be part of our projected and future growth

**What do we want?**

Exceptional** **people to join our team at our resort as Ride Guest Hosts to join us for peak season running February till October. You’ll be operating or attending and one of the many thrilling rides here and will be expected to deliver, monitor, and maintain health and safety. Providing high levels of customer service to all guest with a smile to ensure that they have a day of fun

**Your responsibilities as Ride Guest Host will include, but not limited to**:

- Dealing with guests in a professional manner
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Follow company procedures
- Positively interact with guests
- Provide an excellent level of customer service managing customer expectations

**Key Skills and attributes as a Ride guest Host**:

- Positive communicator
- Confident and able to interact with customer
- You must be 18 or over to operate the rides on site
