As **Senior Delivery Manager**, you will be responsible for the overall roadmap, agile delivery, and evolution of products within a key service area (e.g. HR, Academic Registry, Finance, CRM, Teaching & Learning etc.).

You will have a passion for agile methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully implementing agile practices in a complex environment. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivateteams to deliver to the highest standards.

You will get the opportunity to define, develop and proactively manage delivery capabilities and services, working with

key stakeholders and external partners to ensure user needs and requirements are at the heart of product management including changes, features and development they prioritise, using agile methodologies to deliver agreed outcomes, measuring success and trackingprogress while maintaining control of time, cost and quality.

**Experience**
- Experience of agile delivery across a large, complex enterprise environment, driving large and complex change initiatives through to completion, fully transitioning and embedding change into operational teams
- Extensive senior level stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience of working with external partners/suppliers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams, coaching, and mentoring team members, and creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Strong budget (£500k+) and risk management
- Relevant Agile/Product/MSP certifications
