If so, Parker Franklyn is delighted to be working on an extremely rare and exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing, truly independent broker that is looking for an Account Executive to join their Team.

The company has a hunger to grow and is currently ahead of its ambitious plans through winning cases and placing business, saving clients’ money, and increasing income/fees, all whilst retaining their current clients due to the exceptional service provided,as well as the odd acquisition.

As an Account Executive, you will have several options in front of you should you be looking for a role that would benefit you. Some of the reasons this may be right for you are:

- Trust is given immediately, and you have the autonomy to do your role.
- Open market policy, there are no preferred insurers or schemes, which has seen clients secured where others have struggled to provide a quote.
- Exceptionally skilled brokers that have outstanding knowledge, as well as hold a lot of gravitas in the market with Insurers/Underwriters to get things done.
- Quick decision-making process as you will report directly to the owners who will give you instant feedback, no waiting for 'sign off’.
- Generous rewards in place to give you the most for what you achieve.
- Future proofing yourself, exceptional people will be allowed to grow with the business, such things as opening an office or even looking at securing shares is on the table.
- The people in the business are some of the best around, both in what they do and who they are as individuals, a positive and supportive environment.
- In-house lead generator to support new business development.

Although you will inherit a reasonably sized book of business, the Management Team are looking for someone with ambition. You will be an experienced Account Executive that is a 'safe pair of hands’ with their clients and hungry enough to further their account,as well as their career. They are looking for someone proactive that will not sit around and wait for things to happen or to come to them. Although the inherited account is Agricultural, you can grow the book as and how you see fit.
