TITLE: Wellbeing Navigator

SALARY: £21,500.00

HOURS: 37.5

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

**Job Aims;**

Logistical: To coordinate referrals for attendance at Mind wellbeing groups across Cornwall and IOS.

Administrative: To be responsible for the completion of all project paperwork.

**Overall Responsibilities;**

To work with Management Team and Administrator to assess referrals, identify individual interest and match clients to suitable Wellbeing Groups.

Work with Mind Wellbeing and Comms staff to ensure all groups are well attended.

Develop the initial Recovery Action Plan with participants prior to attendance at the Wellbeing Group.

Collect all referral information and wellbeing scores and input in to Lamplight CMS.

**Main Duties;**

To abide by all company policies and procedures and within legal frameworks e.g. safeguarding.

To support the management team in developing new Wellbeing services.

To ensure equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion principles are incorporated in the planning, delivery and monitoring of services.

To maintain and develop networks, attend key meetings and developing collaborative working opportunities with partner agencies.

To promote the work of Cornwall Mind through structured marketing, to include publicising services, promoting new projects, and all collaborative work.

Any other duties/tasks commensurate with role as agreed with the Operations Manager and CEO.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of supporting people with mental health issues
- Experience of organising and prioritising a demanding workload
- Knowledge of mental health issues
- Knowledge of the third sector
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Demonstrable commitment to Cornwall Mind’s equal opportunities and anti-discrimination ethos and the ability to incorporate it into practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
- A full driving licence and access to a car

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
