Health Visitor

As a Health Visitor you will join the Girvan and Maybole health visiting team based at Maybole Health Centre.
Our team are committed to providing high quality, patient centred care within the South HSCP. You will be a strengths based practitioner who is forward thinking and have a commitment to improving outcomes for children and their families through delivery of then Universal Health Visiting Pathway and national practice model, and committed to delivering our values of Caring, Safe and Respectful.
You will work in partnership with local children and their families, alongside colleagues in NHS and partner services to enable children to have the best possible start in life and reach their optimum health outcomes.
You should be educated to degree level and have gained a post graduate diploma in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification (Health Visiting).
A Car owner/driver is essential.
Hours: 30 hours per week
