Responsible for ensuring an efficient operation of the dining rooms and associated areas, meeting the requirements of the client, company and customers and maximising the efficiency of all resources available.
Your key responsibilities as the Hospitality supervisor will consist of:

- Liaise with external suppliers, prepare quotes, contracts and event proposals for events of all types, including internal and external
- Ensure that effective quality of services is provided to the standard of the client, customers and company
- To ensure Licensing Laws are adhered to
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all fronts of house areas and equipment
- Ensure that with the help of the chef the food and service is compatible and jointly project the required image

**Working Pattern**: 37.5 Hours (Mon-Fri)

**Skills and Experience**
The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Hospitality supervisor includes;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Customer service orientation
- Computer literate, able to use booking system, excel, power point
- Can work proactively by themselves
