This Head Housekeeper would be responsible for all aspects of rooms within the property including Housekeeping, Linen Porters, Public Areas and Turndowns.

- Experience of managing a team effectively
- A passionate, dedicated and standards-driven individual
- Must have a real passion for people, with high-level attention to detail
- Able to drive and motivate your team
- Have an excellent track record of initiating and driving change
- Able to deliver excellent results in a timely way

**Head Housekeeper Responsibilities**
- Building relationships with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies
- Controlling supply costs, as well as laundry, maintenance and staff rotas
- Supporting the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
- Always Maintaining company high standards
- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of quality
- Overseeing stocktakes, budgets, reports, and safety audits
