The _**Bracken Hide**_ is hiring kitchen portersto join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. We are currently offering seasonal and permanent variable hours contracts for this role, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week.

**Where?**

The Bracken Hide is a new four-star wilderness hotel, which connects guests to the magic of the Island, the stunning land and seascapes and the nature that abounds. We are located on 52 acres to the west of Portree. Close enough to leave the car and walk into Portree.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Washing crockery and utensils as well as making sure our kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned on a daily basis.
- Help the chefs with distribution and organisation, making sure the shelves, cupboards, fridges, and freezers are organised and products rotated to accommodate the expire dates.
- Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
