Website and Statistics Assistant

**Purpose of the role**:

- Assist in the statistics department's regular data production and handle ad-hoc data requests.
- Aid the statistics team in research and development projects.
- Maintain and update the company's website (only content management).
- Support website development projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collate, check, and disseminate data.
- Produce reports from external systems for multiple audiences.
- Maintain accurate member and non-member details in databases.
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly statistics routine.
- Verify and check processes for monthly statistics publications.
- Manage corporate activity in databases.
- Maintain and update website content, files, and images using CMS.
- Assist users with website registration.
- Assist in website development tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong numeracy skills with a good understanding of databases and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
- Knowledge of investment companies (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with website content management (desirable).
- Methodical with attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: 30K-35K
