Weighbridge Operator

An opportunity has arisen for a **Weighbridge Operator** to join the team based at our site in Newbridge on a temporary basis over a 6 month period.

The successful applicant will be an individual who can work under their own initiative and is confident dealing with both internal and external customers.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities will include**:

- Process weighbridge transactions.
- Liaise with drivers and customers.
- Document management: processing waste transfer notes, weighbridge paperwork and work time sheets.

This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy along with timely completion of all activities
- Possess strong computer knowledge/IT skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a team player who can also work on their own and use their own initiative.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
- Earn £11.50 per hour
- 30 days holiday entitlement inclusive of statutory days.
